Rain and full meadows
The organisers counted 60,000 visitors over the weekend, 4,000 fewer than in the record year 2024. Most came on Saturday evening, when the rain stopped for two hours and the local band Lowland played to a meadow full of umbrellas.
Free and close to home
Entry to the festival is free. It is paid for by the city, local businesses and the sale of food and drinks, for which the organisers use a deposit system with washable cups. This year, 92 percent of the cups came back.
Next year
The festival moves one week later in 2027 to avoid the start of the school year. The call for bands from the region opens in January.
