Before we visit
A few lines are enough: what needs doing, roughly how large it is and the town. We ask for the full address only when we arrange the visit.
Photos of the damage help us bring the right material. Send them once we have agreed by phone that you want to, and leave people and house numbers out of the picture.
For a roof leak, call. Do not climb onto the roof yourself; put a bucket under the drip and move things out of the way.
We use your details only for the visit, the quote and the job. The privacy page explains how long we keep them.
