Before your first meeting
Bring copies of every document with a date: contracts, notices, letters and emails. Deadlines in law can be short, so tell us the earliest date when you call.
Our office is on the ground floor and step free, with a hearing loop in both meeting rooms. Tell us if you need an interpreter or more time.
Email is not encrypted by default. Please do not send documents or health details by email until we have agreed a secure way to share them.
We use what you tell us only to handle your matter and keep it under professional secrecy. The privacy page explains how long we keep files.
